They do it to teams, companies and organizations.. why can't they do it to a country?

The situation seems to be only getting worse.. and no solution is in sight... every day that goes by brings only bad news and those that are in the position to do anything seem as if they have no intention of solving the problem...

If it was a limb, the only visible solution would be to cut it off and let it die on its own.. If it was a team, it would be easier to disband it... If it was a company, the more profitable move would be to close it down and sell its assets...

So why don't we just close down the Philippines? Declare it as just a piece of land with people in it, and the people as citizens of nowhere, free to seek citizenship in other countries. Maybe it would do us all a lot of good. Who gives a shit about people who died centuries ago for the same piece of land? If they were alive today, maybe they'd agree with me.

Heck, this would even probably be a first in the world. I've never heard of it having been done before, why let someone else beat us to it?

Maybe i should start going around with a clipboard and ask people for their signatures, for a petition to have this country closed down.. Maybe...
